Driving Directions (if we owe you money):

From DFW Airport, take the south 183 exit. The friendly Southern toll takers love to make change for $100 bills. Follow 183 east past Irving Mall to Loop 12, then south to Spur 408 to I-20. Go east on I-20 past Duncanville. In DeSoto, stop by the Toad Holler Creekfest, or continue to Cedar Hill (known for its evergreen-covered dirt mounds) and Balch Springs (known for nothing, really), where I-20 becomes 635 North. Traveling north, visit the bronc-riding, calf-roping, barrel-racing citizenry of Mesquite, or opt for Garland's Trout Lily Tour. Take the always clear of traffic famous “high five” interchange in Richardson north to Hwy 75 (another always-clear-of-traffic roadway), where, in the “Telecom Corridor of the Southwest”, you could find a pay phone and let us know you're coming. (Pick up some bottled water or fill your canteen while you’re stopped – you’ve got a long way to go.) Take the George Bush Tollway (named for the Dad) through Plano, or attend their Catfish Corral followed (not too closely, we hope) by the Big Tex Cat Show. Take the Dallas Tollway exit south to the Alpha Road exit, and if you’re into upscale shopping, the Galleria Mall is on your left. If you take a right instead, Alpha Road becomes Valley View heading for Carrollton. If you don't pause at the Elm Fork Nature Fest, take a right on Josey. Continue north on Josey for what seems like 20 or 30 miles (but really it isn’t – there’s just 42 well-patrolled 20 MPH school zones). If the Galleria isn’t your cup of American Express tea, there’s always Big Lots (where there’s always a bargain and they still take questionable checks) at Rosemeade. Turn right on Hebron, and look for the railroad tracks. But if you cross over them, you missed us, so turn around at your first opportunity. We’re on the street behind the “Dogs Rule Resort.” If you make some of the suggested stops, it should only take you a month or two. With no stops, driving between the hours of 6 am and 9 pm on a weekday and traveling on the freeways, you can cut the travel time to 8 days. On a weekend, it’s a 45 minute trip. However, we don’t work weekends, but it’s a pretty nice building if you want to peek through the windows or slide a note under the door.
