Richard Ross
President
Richard Ross is President of A. Larry Ross Communications (ALRC), the award-winning public relations and strategic communications agency founded in 1994 by his parents, Larry and Autumn Ross. Representing the next generation of leadership, Richard brings a brand-building, creative, and digital-first lens to ALRC’s legacy of trusted counsel at the intersection of faith and culture.
Before ALRC, Richard spent eight years at Mizzen+Main, where he led creative direction across 16 seasons of product releases and guided the brand through multiple phases of evolution. His work spanned integrated campaigns, commercial writing and direction, and high-profile collaborations, including world-class athletes, driving millions of views across brand content. He later co-founded Holy Water, applying the same taste, rigor, and storytelling discipline to build a modern consumer brand from the ground up. A Baylor University graduate, Richard is passionate about helping mission-driven leaders translate conviction into clear, credible public expression.
At ALRC, Richard applies that same brand-building discipline to Kingdom-minded leaders and organizations, clarifying message, strengthening public trust, and shaping platforms that carry conviction with both excellence and integrity. Whether launching a book, leading a ministry, or navigating a public moment, his focus is helping our clients communicate what’s true in a way people can hear, remember, and share.
