‘Free with E’ includes coaching, public speaking and church-wide consultation options
SARASOTA, Fla., Oct. 20, 2021 – Elizabeth Fisher Good, a key leader in the anti-sex trafficking movement and CEO of The Foundation United (formerly the Selah Way Foundation), has announced the launch of Free with E, a new initiative to release individuals from the strongholds of their past. Fisher Good parleys what she’s learned from helping victims recover from their trauma and through processing how her personal previous hurts and abuse limited her, to share with others how they, too, can move forward into their full potential.
“In addition to spending over a decade pioneering solutions in the anti-sex trafficking space, I’ve also spent more than 20 years struggling in my personal life to overcome destructive patterns from my past, feeling that I was made for more but not sure how to crack the code,” said Fisher Good. “I am excited to share the incredible progress made in my journey, and I am thrilled to be launching into a whole new era of my life, both professionally and relationally. I want to give back to others and share all the great things I’ve learned with those who are struggling like I was.”
Fisher Good recounts in her book “Groomed,” released in 2020 through Harper Collins, some of the trauma and abuse she experienced as a child and teen and how that led to harmful habits and choices in young adulthood. Research shows that past trauma can make some people vulnerable to sexual exploitation; for many others it can lead to a life that feels less than. Free with E was designed with these individuals in mind, anyone who is tired of being stuck in broken patterns, knowing they were made for more but never quite reaching it, and still reacting to traumatic memories with a “lightning bolt” feeling or not even accessing some memories, with shame still playing a role.
Through one of the programs within the coaching component of Free with E, titled “Journey to More: It’s Time to Find Your Freedom, Purpose and Passion,” Fisher Good seeks to help people hoping to overcome their past, building inner confidence and strength to use their voice and to step into their God-given talent and gifts. Rather than a life coach, Fisher Good considers herself an “eternal purpose” coach in this new ministry venture that also draws on her personal faith. Due to the overwhelming initial response to the “Journey to More” program, Fisher Good has added a “turbo” version as a special holiday gift before the hustle and bustle of the season begins. Called “Next Level You by the Holidays,” it was especially designed for those who need to put themselves first for a change in order to care for everyone else in their lives in a more healthy and purposeful way.
