Performances begin June 23 and run through August 6

WASHINGTON, May 18, 2023 – This summer, C.S. Lewis’ esteemed tale, “The Horse and His Boy,” will return to the World Stage Theater after debuting at Museum of the Bible in January. Beginning June 23, guests can watch this special production from The Logos Theatre, which features epic puppetry, beautiful sets and costumes, and an inspiring story for every age.

“We are thrilled to bring this beloved tale and world-class production back to our World Stage Theater,” said Harry Hargrave, CEO of Museum of the Bible. “The response to Lewis’ story in its first run was remarkable, so we are delighted to provide an encore performance the whole family can enjoy this summer.”

Based on the book from C.S. Lewis' classic "The Chronicles of Narnia" series, The Horse and His Boy tells the story of Shasta and a talking horse, Bree, as they travel across a desert, run from lions and uncover a plot to destroy a country, all while trying to reach the beloved land of Narnia! Back by popular demand, C.S. Lewis’ classic returns to the Logos Theatre stage with epic puppetry, beautiful sets and costumes and an inspiring story for every age!

“The Horse and His Boy” performances will be available at Museum of the Bible’s World Stage Theater from June 23 through August 6.
