Christian Gaming Platform TruPlay Becomes One of Top Projects in the World Following Release of NFTs

Extraordinary Success of Mint Sales Confirms Fans Want Enriching Content

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 20, 2022 — The first major NFT release by a Christian technology company took place last week when TruPlay launched 6,650 Genesis NFTs, which minted out within 10 minutes of their release on the morning of Sept. 15.

One of the only Christian entertainment companies to create transformative digital experiences for children, TruPlay creates games and products that embed a faith message into an engaging and interactive medium.

Proving that fans will fund content they want to play, secondary sales of the NFTs on the day of the release yielded more than $200,000 in volume within the first 24 hours on OpenSea the world's largest web3 marketplace for NFTs and crypto collectibles. In the first 24 hours, TruPlay’s Ethereum-based NFT project was in the Top 10 on OpenSea globally. TruPlay receives 10% from each sale of its NFTs which it is committed to putting back into product and awareness.

The newly released NFTs represent seven heroic characters, each unique in personality and purpose, who live in “RhymVerse,” a gaming world where God is real, and the Bible is true. The heroic animal children have their own unique personalities and struggles. They use their giftings to restore truth and goodness to the many environments in RhymVerse. To face the various evils around them, the heroes must use all their weapons to win the fight, including their childlike faith and reliance on God.

A robust full platform for games, videos and related content will launch in 2023. Each RhymVerse character will have its own game on the TruPlay platform in addition to appearing in each other's games and journeys.

Ahead of the release, TruPlay will invite consumers to vote to influence the design of some of the characters that will be on multiple media platforms for generations. Over time, the platform expects to expand the RhymVerse and its hero characters with other media forms.
